Collapse Sidebar (Replace Pinning)

We've built a brand new sidebar 🎉

The new sidebar opens the offices & departments list in flyout menu, so it's now quicker to get to an office or department. The new sidebar also has the ability to collapse to icons-only (replacing sidebar "pinning") giving you more screen space.
