Purchasing and Ordering
+ What forms of payment do you accept?
The preferred method of payment is online via credit card, and we accept all major credit and debit cards. We use the secure Website Payments Standard provided by PayPal, however you don't need a PayPal account to pay us.
Bank Wire Transfer:
We accept bank wire transfers. Contact email@example.com for more information.
You can send signed and approved purchase orders to firstname.lastname@example.org and our finance team will facilitate.
Please include the following information in the purchase order document:
- Your company name, logo, address and contact details on an official company letterhead
- List of ordered products and the number of licenses for each
- Total order amount in U.S. dollars
- Name, job title and signature of person who authorized the purchase order
Contact us at email@example.com if you'd like us to send you a secure purchasing link that you can use to pay with your credit card online.
If you have a PayPal account you can pay us that way too.

Please note that you are responsible for any bank charges and other transaction costs associated with your purchase at your banking institution.

All listed prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). If you're interested in purchasing in other currencies, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
+ How long before I receive my activation codes?
Our online store is fully automated, so you will receive your activation codes instantly via email after you place an order by credit card or PayPal.
If for some reason you have not received your email please contact us to find out the status of your order.
+ How are licenses charged?
Product licenses are a one-off purchase fee and there are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
Our product licenses are site collection based, so a single license is valid for a single SharePoint site collection. A site collection license allows you to use the product as many times as you wish within that site collection.
+ Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer packaged license discounts should you wish to purchase multiple licenses at once.
Please contact email@example.com to have a sales representative work out a special deal or discount for you.
+ Do you provide refunds?
We unfortunately do not provide refunds. Please make use of the fully functional 30-day free trial of any of our products before making the final decision to purchase.
This will allow you to familiarize yourself with the product before purchasing to determine whether it meets your needs.
We will make an exception to our refund policy in the case of fraud. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if this is the case.
+ Are my credit card details secure?
PayPal Merchant Services handles credit card transactions on our behalf, so your data is extremely secure. In fact, we do not capture or process credit card information directly on our website and therefore at no point do we have access to it.
When you click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button you are redirected to the PayPal website to make the actual payment, so you can be safe in the knowledge that your transaction is being processed by the world's leading online payment facility using industry-leading encryption technology (the highest level commercially available).

Licensing and Activation
+ What is product activation?
Product activation is the process of licensing or 'unlocking' your free trial version so that it becomes a licensed production version. You can activate any of our products by purchasing an activation code for that product from our secure store.
+ What licensing options do you offer?
In our quest to keep things as simple as possible for you, we've decided to skip the complicated licensing models (web front-end licenses, per-server licenses etc.) and offer you single type of license for all our products: the site collection license.
So, regardless of how many servers you have in your farm or how many users will be using the product, you only need to purchase a single activation code for each site collection that you wish to use the product on.
+ Can I try before I buy?
Yes, we offer fully functional 30-day free trial versions for all our products. Our trial versions are quick to download and install (no sign-ups or credit cards required) and don't need license keys.
We encourage you to test drive our products before you purchase. Simply visit the relevant product page on our site to download the free trial of that product. The wizard-based installation is simple, and you should have the product up and running in a couple of minutes.
+ Do you offer non-production licenses?
Yes, we offer non-production licenses for use on your development, test, and staging environments etc. These are charged at 50% of the list price when you purchase a license for your production environment.

+ Do I have to pay for updates and new product versions?
All version upgrades to the product (including new features and bug fixes) are free. We charge a 50% upgrade fee when you want to migrate your license to a newer version of on-premise SharePoint (e.g. from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013).
+ Can I use an activation code more than once?
No, product activation codes are uniquely linked to the site collection for which they were purchased and will therefore only work for that particular site collection. This helps to prevent piracy, and allows our customers to remain safe in the knowledge that nobody can use their legally purchased activation codes elsewhere.
+ What about virtualization?
Because our licenses are site collection based, it doesn't matter whether you're running SharePoint on a physical server or in a virtual environment. Licenses still cost the same and there are no hidden fees.
